Educator well-being is a professional strength that supports positive classroom interactions and a healthy school climate. An educator’s emotional state and job satisfaction can influence how they perceive and experience student behavior in the classroom (Houser & Waldbuesser, 2017). This series helps school personnel build on their existing strengths and develop sustainable practices that support professional effectiveness, student learning, and school operations. You will learn to recognize early signs of professional burnout, understand how stress and well-being can influence workplace relationships, use work-related strategies to manage stress and sustain effectiveness, and adopt social media practices that protect personal and professional well-being.
